  1. "Family name": The surname of the person who was baptized was recorded here. Sometimes the given names were recorded as well.
  2. "Date": The baptism date was recorded here.
  3. "Baptism Register": Information about the baptism was recorded here.
  4. "I the undersigned baptized": Only the given names of the baptized person were usually recorded here.
  5. "Born": The date of birth was usually recorded here. Sometimes the form of the word "born" indicates the gender of the person who was baptized
  6. "From": The name of the father of the person baptized was usually recorded here.
  7. "From the place": The address of the father of the person baptized was usually recorded here.
  8. "And": The name of the mother of the person baptized was usually recorded here.
  9. "Godparents were": The names of the godparents were usually recorded here.
